To ensure your Draw launch runs smoothly, make sure your product meets the following criteria before going live:

Product status: Draft
The product should be set to Draft to prevent early purchases outside of the Draw flow.

Sales channel: Online Store only
During the Draw, the product should only be available on your Online Store.
You can publish it to other channels (e.g. Shop, POS) after the Draw ends and if inventory remains.

Purchase method: Shipping must be enabled
The product must be available for shipping. Pickup or local delivery options are not supported during Draw launches.

Avoid conflicts with other apps
Ensure the product isn’t connected to any Subscription, Pre-order, or similar apps that might override EQL’s launch flow.
🚨 Important!
While a product is part of an active launch, the following checkboxes will be ticked by EQL Launches app:
- Continue selling when out of stock
- Only sell this product as a subscription
Please do not disable this setting during the launch, as it may interfere with the launch. Once the launch is completed or cancelled, EQL will automatically revert this setting for you.
