Retailer Fee
The Retailer Fee is the fee paid by you (the retailer) to EQL for each successful purchase made during a launch. It’s calculated as a percentage of the Total Purchase Amount, which includes the product price, shipping, and taxes.
Draw launches incur a 4% fee per order. You have the flexibility to control how this fee is split between you and your customer based on your launch objective. Use the slider to choose how much of the fee you want to cover. You’ll pay a minimum of 1%, and you can choose to pass on up to 3% to the customer (as the Run Fair® Fee).
Exclusive access launches incur a 2% fee per order. Split fee is not available on Exclusive access launches.
Example
You’re running a Draw for a product with the following breakdown:
- Product Price: $100.00 USD
- Shipping: $20.00 USD
- Taxes: $10.00 USD
- Total Purchase Amount: $130.00 USD
You decide to pay the minimum 1% Retailer Fee, and let customers cover the remaining 3% via the Run Fair® Fee. Here's how the total charges are calculated:
- Retailer Fee – 1% of $130.00 USD = $1.30 USD per order
- Run Fair® Fee – 3% of $130.00 USD = $3.90 USD per order
- Total charges paid to EQL: $5.20 USD per order
