Before running your first live launch, make sure you’ve completed the following steps to ensure everything looks and functions correctly on your store:
1. Upload your logo
- Go to the Settings tab in the EQL Launches app.
- Upload your brand logo to appear on customer-facing launch pages and emails.
2. Add EQL Launches App Blocks
To display EQL’s launch experience on your storefront, you’ll need to add the appropriate app blocks to your Shopify theme templates. This step ensures customers can enter Draws or access exclusive launches directly from your store.

3. Theming and customisation
While setting up the EQL Launches app, you can personalize the appearance of app blocks and tailor Shopify’s default Order Confirmation email to align with the specific launch mechanic you’re using..

4. Automatically tag orders created by EQL Draws
To keep things organized in your Orders dashboard while running launches, we recommend setting up an automation using Shopify’s free Flow app. This will automatically tag all orders generated by EQL Draws, allowing you to:
- Easily identify and filter Draw orders
- Keep your fulfilment process running smoothly
- Create custom views in your Orders dashboard for better visibility

5. Run a test launch
