Customers can cancel their entry at any time before the Draw closes. Once their entry has been submitted, the app block will show a “Cancel entry” option. The entry confirmation email from EQL also provides a link to return to the app block.
⚠️ We strongly recommend that you instruct customers to cancel their entry on the launch page directly, rather than cancelling their order manually in your Shopify admin. Cancelling an entry on behalf of a customer will remove that entry from the EQL app workflow. This will impact your customers’ experience of the Draw, as well as the data we display during and after launch processing. EQL will also be unable to delete the order once the Draw has been completed.
