EQL Billing & Customer Refunds – EQL Shopify

What currency will I be charged in? What if my goods aren’t sold in USD?
Are there more frequent reconciliations available (ie. a billing console where I can see the charges and understand how to record Shopify payouts)?
What if my customer needs me to refund them for their purchase?
